Leopards Hills

Leopard Hills Safari Lodge is a luxury 5-star game lodge in the world-famous Sabi Sands Game Reserve, situated in the game-rich Western sector.

The lodge is built on a hill overlooking a natural waterhole. Each of the eight luxurious glass-fronted suites, complete with their own sundeck and heated rock plunge pool offer superb views of the African bushveld beyond.

The suites are generously spacious and immense in stature. Air-conditioning and overhead fans provide welcome respite against the African heat. The luxurious romantic bathrooms, which include double indoor and outdoor showers, have windows, which open to a glorious view of the savanna below.

The comfortable beds are complete with beautiful crisp percale cotton linen, down duvets and pillows, and gracious mosquito netting. A special touch to each suite is the perfection of final touches provided – from weather notes and African poems, to a fine array of bath salts and other bathroom amenities.

Each unit has an inviting lounge area equipped with a comfortable couch and ottoman, perfect for enjoying a cup of tea or coffee whilst reading a novel or one of our environmental and leisure magazines provided.

The lodge central area reflects the same touch of class for which Leopard Hills is renowned. The main deck with sparkling swimming pool is perfect for whiling the day away with a pair of binoculars in the glorious sun or under the shade of an umbrella. From this view you may find many untold secrets of the African bush while enjoying a sumptuous breakfast or decadent lunch.

Enjoy the privacy of your suite and salute the timelessness of Africa over a drink or snack from your fully stocked mini bar. Or savour the day, either in your hammock or pool lounger outside, whilst listening to the tranquil sound of the surrounding bushveld. Aspects of nature have been incorporated into your suite, to provide the ultimate in luxury while experiencing Africa at its best.

Game drives are conducted on open land rovers with expert rangers and a local tracker, in search of the Big Five and the magnificent diversity of wildlife that can be found in the Sabi Sand. A guided bush walk is also included each day.

Getting to the lodge

You can book a scheduled flight on from Johannesburg to Nelspruit Airport.
From Nelspruit Airport we can arrange a road transfer to the lodge. The trip takes about two hours.
Road transfers from Johannesburg can also be arranged. This trip takes about 6 hours.
We can also book you a direct chartered flight from Johannesburg to the lodge’s airstrip.
You can drive yourself to the lodge. We offer car rental at excellent rates, with unlimited mileage and super insurance cover with no excess.
